Dance With Me

High waist, 5 tiered fringe, midi skirt.  The waist band is elastic and there’s a zipper on the left side of the skirt.
The skirt itself have stretch to it, but the hems on the inside of the skirt where the tiers are have little stretch.
Model is 5’8 & wearing a size large.
Small measurements- waist: 26.75in~ hips 37in~hem: 35.5in~ length:30in
